As a (Junior) Manager Tax Advisor, you will be an important pillar of our Tax team. One of your responsibilities will be to go beyond and offer fresh thinking and diverse solutions to make sure our clients remain tax compliant while providing them with customized tax planning advice. You will Independently be guaranteeing the quality, progress and profitability of client assignments. You will be leading your own team, Initiating commercial and substantive expansion of the team or under final responsibility of a Director or Partner. You will be jointly responsible for Day-to-day management, you are (co)point of contact for the client, perform an asset portfolio management, you will build your own client portfolio, under responsibility of the Senior Tax Manager, Tax Director or Partner. You are innovative and try to create market opportunities, you build an internal and external network. You will work closely with the Senior Tax Manager, Director and Partners in the preparation of tax advice for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries.

As (Junior) Manager Tax Advisor you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You have a completed master’s degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics.
• You have proven knowledge and as a Junior Manager a minimum of 4 years’ experience in tax advice and as a Manager a minimum of 6 years’ experience in tax advice.
• You are IT savvy.
• You’re a self- motivated, confident, and hardworking individual, who enjoys working within a team.
• You’re able to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• You’re able to improve the quality and monitor tax advice and take responsibility in large consultancy assignments
• You have the power to ‘risk management’, to recognize, control and anticipate on any Risks
• You’re able to contribute to the technical and professional development of (Senior) Tax Advisors and Junior Tax Managers
• Strong written and oral proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
• Knowledge of Papiamento is a plus.
• You’re enthusiastic and ambitious and have a strong personality.
