Maintains and repairs kitchen equipment and performs preventive maintenance safety measures and standard protocols.

• Minimum two (2) years of technical skills and knowledge of kitchen machinery
• Minimum two (2) years of electrical background knowledge and experience
• Minimum two (2) years of gas equipment knowledge and experience
